On-boarding
We get to know our clients and their immediate goals. We ensure you have all of the resources you need to help you be successful.
- We set up a kickoff meeting where we establish goals, a workflow, and timelines for any de deliverables. We also discuss strategies about your targeted audience(s).
- Request access: Here is where we obtain the backend access (passwords, URLs, etc.) to your website necessary to set up Google Analytics, and verify the website with Google Search Console if you haven’t already.

We will cover topics such as keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO. Research & Strategy
This phase we focuses on competitor analysis and strategic planning.
- Keyword Research — Doing in-depth research to identify the keywords your client’s audience uses to search for their products and services. Competitive Analysis — This is a thorough high-level review of the client’s top competitors currently on the market.
- Content Strategy — Here we review the website’s current content performance and rankings. This section of the project also creates a plan for future growth and expansion, including creating a strategic content calendar.
